Creative Kids Playhouse Children's Theatre of Orange County

It is the time of year where we start to post our tributes to our Senior Thespians who are graduating in 2025, and our first Senior Thespian is Bee Mathewson. Bee first started CKP in her elementary school production of The Wizard of Oz where she played the YBR/Machine. Since that time she has played many memorable roles including the Witch in Into the Woods, Leanne in Puffs, the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, Katherine in Newsies and most recently Anya in Anastasia. Bee was also named Camelot Player of the Year for 2020. In addition to being an excellent actor and singer, Bee is also a superstar volunteer for CKP. As part of our social media team she frequently takes cast headshots as well as dress rehearsal photos and has also interned at summer camps. This past year, she also started teaching our Mainstage age group. After Bee graduates, she plans to major in History and eventually become a teacher. After so many years on the CKP stage, we will miss her greatly!

We Have Moved!

CKP will now have it's official rehearsal location in Laguna Hills!

All rehearsals will now be at our new location.

We are now conveniently located off the 5 and 405 freeways next to many retailers.
